Great café in Lassan with a large selection of books on wild herbs. We'll definitely be back here!

This place is an insider tip with great ideas and delicious offers around wild herbs and healthy, vegan-vegetarian diet. Small, cozy back yard with seating and edible plants around it, from which the employees can harvest freshly when needed. There is tap water with herbal infusion for self-service, the taste is not "mainstream" and therefore a subtle experience. Due to the unusual spices (e.g. the herb lemonade) it can happen that something does not correspond to your personal taste. Less eaters eager to experiment should seek advice in advance. Potential for improvement: I would have liked more fries for the vegetable fries. The name pizza potatoes may be misleading, because tomato (n-sauce) is for example. not included, but the seasoning was very tasty and the cauliflower "cheese" was even slightly crispy. Particularly positive: All dishes were served with fresh salad and homemade vegetable dips or edible flowers. Friendly owner and waitress, time runs a bit slower here, but that fits the vacation and the quaint small town. So there is time to relax and let the surroundings work.

All the dishes sounded delicious, only thought it was a bit pricey. I ordered a raw chocolate brownie and it was amazing! The staff is very friendly and the inside of the place is cozy and well decorated. They have a lot of books and products if you are interested in natural things :) Would definitely recommend having a look if you are in Lassan!

A nice little cafe at the Lassan market. I cannot say whether vegan, vegetarian or "normal", that was not my criterion for the visit on this hot summer day. The cafe looked very inviting in any case, I was recommended homemade cake, I could sit very comfortably, have a great coffee and was served very friendly. The cafe, inside, invites you to discover homemade delicacies and has many surprises in store. Because you can buy a lot of regional products, such as honey, tea's and much more. The stay was definitely worth it, my recommendation.

Small insider tip in Lassan. Great vegan cuisine. Very friendly staff. Buy fresh juices, herbal soda, soups, delicious breads, tinctures and ointments. Loving decor. We were very satisfied today.
